South Staffordshire Plc, the utility’s parent company Cambridge water and South Staffordshire Water, has assured its 1.6 million customers that their water supply is safe following an apparent Clop (aka Cl0p) ransomware attack, which the gang appears to be mistakenly claiming is against a completely different organization.
