We are looking for an enthusiastic engineer looking for an opportunity to grow their career in cyber security to join our team here at Censornet. We are a small tight-knit team of 8 support engineers providing technical assistance across our customer-base of mid-market organisations (including several NHS Trusts, Public Sector organisations, charities and well-known multinational brands). Primary tasks focus on investigating and responding to queries and issues surrounding the Censornet cloud platform and suite of modules. This includes technology related to:
-Web Security and Cloud Application Control based on our DirectProtect architecture.
-Email Security, Archiving, Anti-Malware
-MFA and Identity
-Security Awareness Training and much more
The job will involve providing solutions to a wide range of tickets which will require good intuition and troubleshooting skills. You will also escalate tickets up to the Senior staff and work together with your peers and wider developer team to solve issues. You will answer tickets via Livechat, phone and email and will often engage in remote sessions with customers.
This is also a prime opportunity to increase your knowledge in Secure Web Gateways, CASB, Email Security platforms, Multi Factor Authentication, Advanced Persistent Threats, Attack Protection, Threat Response and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
